What is your Return/Refund policy?

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any custom made items. Unopened products and unused clothing may be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. Products must contain original seal and clothing/jewelry must have original tags. You must have a receipt for all returns.

There is no refunds for classes &/or workshops.

Do you have parking?

There is on street parking available and Elizabethtown has several municipal parking lots within a short walking distance from our store.

Where are you located & what are your hours?

We are located on the Square of Elizabethtown at 1 S. Market St. Suite 103. Our store hours are Wed-Fri 10-5 and Saturday 10-4

What type payments do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards & all major credit cards. We do NOT accept checks.

Do you ship items?

No, currently we do not ship items from the store. 

How do I get on your mailing list?

What is your class/workshop policy?

We require preregistration for all classes and workshops. This is to ensure we have all the needed supplies for our participants & to let our instructor(s) know to plan accordingly. You can preregister for our classes/workshops on our website, our Facebook page or you can come in to our store located at 1 S. Market St. Suite 103, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. In the event Naturally Gifted needs to cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances and cannot reschedule a refund will be issued to all preregistered participants. If you have any questions regarding the status of a class or workshop, it is best to call the store at 717-449-0336.
