Join us for a special Spa Day filled with soothing self-care. We’ll enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a short guided meditation, herbal teas & lots of great information. Each participant will make an all-natural 4oz sugar scrub & 4oz herbal steamer blend to take home with them. We’ll learn about the different herbs and their benefits. We’ll also discuss the different ways we can show ourselves love & self-care. Self-care doesn’t need to cost a lot of $$$.
